The role requires expertise in international freight, Incoterms, customs clearance, and hands-on use of TMS and WMS platforms. Strong organizational skills and client-focused problem solving are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience managing international freight end to end across multiple modes.
• Strong knowledge of Incoterms, shipping documentation, and customs clearance.
• Hands-on experience with TMS and WMS platforms.
• Attention to detail, organization, and client communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage international air, ocean, and ground shipments end to end.
• Coordinate quotes, routing, and bookings based on cost and time.
• Track shipments, provide status updates, and resolve delays.
• Maintain shipment records in TMS/WMS and prepare cost reports.
• Audit freight charges and drive improvements in service and cost.
