Job summary

Lotte Global Logistics North America (LGLNA) in Irving, TX, seeks an Air Import/Export and Ocean import/export operator, experienced or entry-level, to manage bookings, schedules, and paperwork for freight shipments from start to finish.

The role requires strong analytical skills, proficiency with MS Office, and problem-solving abilities. Korean bilingualism is preferred; bachelor's degree preferred. Full-time with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Prefer bilingual in Korean.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Able to solve problems and create solutions independently.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Schedule bookings for simple and complex cargo shipments.
• Ensure timely delivery of freight by understanding client needs and completing paperwork.
• Process data through the company system.
• Identify transactions needing special handling and propose improvements.
• Analyze numerical data and understand components and relationships.
• Understand full range of freight forwarding services: order mgmt., movement scheduling, monitoring, cost optimization.
