Lotte Global Logistics North America is expanding its Freight Forwarding operations in North America, seeking an Air Export Associate for our Wood Dale, IL team. Join a dynamic logistics group focusing on air export shipments, documentation, and customer collaboration to ensure seamless international freight flow.

Qualifications

• Entry-level or experienced in air export operations or related logistics roles.
• Strong knowledge of international shipping documentation and export compliance.
• Familiarity with Incoterms and freight forwarding procedures.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Bi-lingual Korean and English preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage air export shipments from origin to destination, ensuring timely and accurate documentation.
• Prepare and review export docs including Bills of Lading, Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, and Certificates of Origin.
• Communicate with customers, carriers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers to resolve shipment issues and provide status updates.
• Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and company policies.
• Monitor shipment schedules and coordinate with internal teams to meet delivery deadlines.
• Assist in booking air freight space and negotiating rates with carriers.
• Maintain accurate records of shipments and prepare reports as needed.

Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Air Export Associate to join our logistics team in Wood Dale, IL. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Air export operations, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage complex shipping processes efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
