Lean Six Search is seeking a senior leader to shape and coordinate Freight Forwarding solutions across regions. The role is part of the Commercial function, focusing on translating industry needs into scalable models without direct sales targets.

You will work with Solution Design, Engineering and Operations to ensure robust, compliant, and commercially grounded offerings, while driving continuous improvement across bids and pursuits.

Qualifications

• 15+ years’ experience in Freight Forwarding or complex logistics environments.
• Expertise in multi-country solution environments and industry verticals.
• Strong commercial exposure and capability to shape market strategies.

Responsibilities

• Define industry-focused Freight Forwarding frameworks and value propositions.
• Partner with global commercial teams across the sales lifecycle.
• Develop playbooks and knowledge assets to enable commercial teams.
• Bridge customer requirements with operational feasibility and compliance.
