Qualifications

• 6 months to 1 year related experience and/or training is preferred.
• Understanding of ocean documentation process is a plus.
• Pro-active, strong organizational skills and effective communication are required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth and timely freight process flow.
• Ensure accurate and timely data entry into the operational system.
• Track and Trace Transcon files and reporting.
• Ensure accurate and timely client and vendor billing.
• Ensure delivery of freight and timely clearance when applicable.
• Interact with customers to arrange shipments meeting service standards.
• Maintain good relationships with suppliers.
• Meet KPI standards per Company policy.
• Communicate promptly via email and other channels.
• Keep internal DLSOPs updated and aligned with customer procedures.
