Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking an Engagement Manager to build and lead a global freelance contributor community supporting AI data, annotation, evaluation, content moderation, and language services.

You will partner with Sourcing, Project Management, Delivery, Quality, Operations, and Product teams to design scalable engagement models, drive activation and retention, and ensure workforce readiness across projects.

Qualifications

• Experience managing freelance, contractor, crowdsourcing, gig, or contingent workforce communities.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong stakeholder management across multiple functions.

Responsibilities

• Establish and scale the Engagement function, processes, and operating model.
• Develop engagement strategies to increase workforce participation, responsiveness, and retention.
• Collaborate with Sourcing and Delivery teams to align staffing and engagement activities.
