URBN Urban Outfitters, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager of Fraud & Operations to lead global fraud strategy across North America, Europe, and Nuuly.

You will collaborate with Customer Service, Brand Operations, Finance, Technology, Asset Protection, and Supply Chain to uncover trends and optimize revenue retention while delivering a high-quality customer experience. The role emphasizes analytics, vendor relationships, and proactive risk management, with responsibility for screening platforms,

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in payment disputes, fraud detection and analysis in e-Comm/retail environments.
• Proven ability to lead direct and matrixed teams and drive cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytics experience using data to drive business decisions and KPI development.
• Excellent MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint) and ability to create dashboards.
• Experience in contractual review, cost/risk assessment and vendor relationships.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop understanding of order and payment platforms to deliver deep analytical insights and dashboards.
• Lead day-to-day performance measurement of order screening and revenue maintenance strategy.
• Partner with departments to inform findings and prevention measures.
• Reduce fraud by identifying high-activity areas and designing improvement strategies.
• Analyze outcomes and report results in a consistent, understandable format.
• Manage day-to-day relationships with external partners as primary contact for performance and commercials.
• Maintain records of vendor terms, pricing, and renewal dates for invoice validation and forecasting.
