Job summary

Carl’s Jr. is seeking an experienced technology leader to guide franchise IT operations across the Americas, including Mexico and other markets.

You will champion POS stability, digital ordering, loyalty integrations, and data-driven menu management while coordinating with international partners. The role requires strong vendor management, cross-functional collaboration and the ability to drive regional projects from planning to go-live, including PCI/compliance across markets.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in restaurant, retail or hospitality tech including 3+ years in multi-unit QSR/franchise environments.
• Hands-on experience deploying at least one enterprise POS in live restaurants; multi-POS exposure preferred.
• Knowledge of POS menu config and how menus flow to kiosks, digital ordering and aggregators.
• Experience delivering digital ordering, kiosk, loyalty or aggregator integrations.
• Proven multi-site rollout experience: requirements, testing, cutover, go-live and hypercare.
• Led at least one multi-site POS conversion or replacement from planning through hypercare.
• Strong vendor management: SLA enforcement, escalation and follow-through.
• Fluent in English and Spanish, written and spoken.
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Business or Hospitality, or equivalent experience.
• International travel experience; Latin America experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead franchise-IT initiatives across Americas markets and coordinate with partners’ tech, ops and digital leads.
• Own stability of restaurant systems (POS, payments, digital boards) and manage escalations with vendors.
• Coordinate readiness for online ordering, loyalty, and integrations (Deliverect, aggregators).
• Ensure data, menu and reporting enablement; enforce menu structure and change-control standards for the region.
• Manage regional projects from requirements to hypercare, including PCI/compliance across markets.
