Job summary

Skechers is seeking a Director of International Retail Franchise Development to guide and grow our network of international stores owned by distributors, joint ventures and franchisees. You will partner with internal teams—merchandising, marketing, real estate, operations—and external partners to drive profitable expansion.

You will lead franchise evaluations, provide actionable coaching, oversee training programs, and ensure brand standards across global partners while reporting quarterly

Qualifications

• 5+ years of franchise/business development experience.
• BA/BS degree in International Business, Retail, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Address franchise contract renewals to align with brand objectives.
• Review new store proposals for size, location, profitability and image.
• Provide ongoing training and advice to franchise partners.
• Support franchise owners operationally as needed.
• Lead a team of retail experts to support partner success.
