Skechers USA Retail, LLC is seeking a Director of International Retail Franchise Development to drive growth through international distributors, joint ventures, and franchisees. You will collaborate with marketing, real estate, operations, and legal teams to ensure profitable expansion while maintaining Skechers brand standards.

Qualificações

• BA/BS in International Business, Retail, or related field.
• 5+ years of franchise/business development experience.
• Experience with analytics of retail metrics.
• Industry experience in retail and consumer products.

Responsabilidades

• Address franchise contract renewals to keep partners aligned with brand objectives.
• Review new store proposals for size, location, profitability and image.
• Motivate partners to emulate Skechers store standards.
• Provide operational support and targeted training to franchise owners.
• Supervise a team of retail experts across POP, marketing calendars, inventory, and store design.
• Evaluate performance of third-party stores against company metrics and market events.
• Nurture relationships with existing franchisees and support expansion plans.
• Expand global retail footprint by identifying strategic locations for new openings.
• Provide quarterly updates to the executive board on store portfolio metrics.
