Job summary

Skechers is seeking an International Retail Specialist to support retail operations for international franchises, implementing corporate policies and building strong liaison with franchisees and Skechers USA Corporate. This role will coordinate with country partners, the field team, and internal departments to ensure consistency in store development and operations.

The role requires communication, organization, problem-solving, and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; business degree preferred.
• Experience working with international business partners is required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office with strong Excel skills; InDesign/Photoshop a plus.

Responsibilities

• Communicate regularly with country support teams and franchise partners.
• Support implementation of directives from field and corporate for select countries.
• Direct inquiries from international franchisees to appropriate Skechers corporate departments.
• Provide POP inventory projections to corporate retail team based on franchise usage estimates.
• Coordinate franchisee itineraries for product conferences.
• Collect weekly new store opening updates and photos.
• Monitor operational standards in target markets.
• Process and track new store opening and monthly operational supply orders.
• Provide marketing artwork updates to franchise partners.
• Coordinate retail trainings for international partners.
• Review monthly franchise recap reports and address areas for improvement.
• Maintain knowledge of Skechers retail policies, procedures, and standards.
• Provide feedback to franchise partners on store presentation.
• Track and analyze sales and KPI results, summarizing trends and opportunities.

ABOUT THE ROLE

The International Retail Specialist supports retail operations for international franchises by implementing corporate policies and procedures. This role maintains communication with franchisees and supports all aspects of franchise retail store development. The specialist serves as a liaison between international franchisees, the field team, and Skechers USA Corporate office.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree required; business degree preferred
• Minimum 2 years retail experience, preferably in a corporate environment
• Knowledge of retail principles, business operations, and retail management
• Experience working with international business partners
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite with strong knowledge of Excel
• InDesign and Photoshop skills preferred
• Fluency in a foreign language a plus

The pay range for this position is $72,000-$75,000/yr USD.
