Job summary

Flix is seeking an experienced Sr. FP&A Associate to lead budget and forecast processes, develop financial models, and provide strategic insights. You will partner with cross-functional teams and HQ to improve financial performance and support strategic initiatives.

This is an on-site role based in Dallas, with hybrid work options and relocation not provided. You will drive global reporting, monitor KPIs, and challenge month-end results to meet financial targets, reporting to the Senior

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 2+ years of professional experience in corporate FP&A, operational finance, or related field.
• Understanding of financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting and variance analysis.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data.
• Excellent communication skills for senior leadership and operations teams.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling software.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead budget and forecast processes for multiple departments.
• Create global, timely and standardized reporting across brands.
• Partner with operational departments on cost control, margins, and financial performance.
• Oversee financial performance of key business segments with insights for efficiency and profitability.
• Review month-end results, forecast and budget assumptions; challenge outcomes.
• Monitor KPIs and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives.
• Streamline and simplify current processes to improve efficiency.
