Job summary

Bold is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to drive critical financial analysis, forecasting, and strategic planning within our Operations group. You will partner with senior management to deliver budgets, evaluate acquisitions, and track key performance metrics in a fast-growing environment.

The role requires strong financial modeling, scenario analysis, and the ability to translate numbers into actionable business insights.

Qualifications

Degree in Finance, Business, Statistics, Mathematics, or related fields.
Minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in finance.
Extensive experience building complex financial models and performing scenario analysis.
Proven ability to present analyses to senior executives and act as a business partner.
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.

Responsibilities

Craft and manage annual, quarterly and monthly budgets and forecasting models.
Prepare reporting and analysis, maintain dashboards and KPIs.
Perform cost analysis and investigate variances from forecasts.
Develop financial models and metrics to measure performance for senior management.
Present analyses to executives and support decision-making.
Identify automation opportunities and improve modeling processes.
