• Support preparation of disclosures and footnotes for earnings releases and filings, including XBRL tagging.
• Coordinate review and distribution of drafts with legal, senior leadership, and external auditors.

Responsibilities

• Monitor GAAP and SEC guidance to ensure disclosures are compliant.
• Support monthly/quarterly close, consolidation, and cash flow statements.
• Lead accounting for leases globally and equity-based compensation.
• Assist with the financial and operational integration of recent acquisitions.
