Henry Schein, Inc. seeks a Functional Process Lead to own global FP&A service delivery within GBS, ensuring accurate, timely execution across outsourced and retained operations. You will partner with Corporate Finance leadership, GPL standards, and external partners to drive performance and governance.

The role requires extensive FP&A expertise, KPI/SLA governance, and leading cross-geo teams. Hybrid office-based role in Melville, NY with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Typically 10+ years of increasing responsibility in FP&A, financial reporting, or corporate finance.
• 3+ years in an operational leadership or delivery management role.
• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline; advanced degree or CPA/CFA/CIMA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary global interface between Corporate Finance stakeholders, GBS, and outsourced partners.
• Own end-to-end global service delivery performance for FP&A processes.
• Translate business requirements into delivery plans aligned with global standards.
• Lead global operating cadences, monitor volume, quality, and delivery performance.
• Own SLA/KPI performance, forecast accuracy, and variance analysis; escalate risks with root cause analysis.
• Oversee the budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting calendar across geographies.
