Job summary

Sanofi is seeking a seasoned Head of Specialty Care Financial Planning, Performance, and Launch Excellence in Cambridge, MA. You will lead global FP&A, drive strategy, and provide executive-level financial insights across a 25B+ GBU, supporting 40+ products and 19 new launches over six years.

Travel up to 30% is expected; the role reports to the Head of Specialty Care Finance, Planning & Performance, and Launch Excellence, shaping cross-functional finance strategy.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in progressive finance roles, incl. 5+ in healthcare/pharma.
• Experience with global P&L and board/C-suite reporting.
• Strong skills in AI-enabled analytics and financial tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee global Finance BPs for Specialty Care forecasts.
• Lead annual Budget and StratPlan with cross-functional teams.
• Own P&L and lead business reviews with executives.
• Drive Launch Excellence financial capabilities and ROI.
