Wolters Kluwer is seeking a Senior Financial Planning & Process Improvement Analyst to drive FP&A excellence and transformative process simplification across a global organization.

You will partner with finance and business leaders to deliver actionable insights and lead automation initiatives, standardization efforts, and performance measurement. This role offers exposure to diverse regions and a chance to scale operations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of FP&A, finance operations, business analysis, or finance transformation.
• Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical capabilities.
• Experience leading process improvement or business transformation initiatives.
• Advanced Excel and experience with planning/reporting tools such as Tagetik/Power BI.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
• Continuous improvement mindset and ability to drive change.

Responsibilities

• Lead forecasting, budgeting, financial reporting, and variance analysis.
• Develop financial models, business cases, and executive insights.
• Identify risks, opportunities, and performance trends.
• Lead process improvement initiatives for simplification and efficiency.
• Partner across functions to redesign and optimize finance and operations.
• Drive automation and reporting enhancements with modern tools.
• Support finance transformation initiatives and system enhancements.
• Develop KPIs, dashboards, and performance metrics.
• Manage projects and influence stakeholders globally.
