Job summary

Catholic Relief Services seeks a Manager I, FP&A Reporting to lead budget, forecast, and management reporting for the agency and leadership. You will help establish FP&A report standards and partner with Finance Systems on design, testing, and improvements.

You will develop financial models, scenario analyses, and agency-level insights, delivering timely reports and board-ready materials while maintaining user-friendly guidance and training on FP&A tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 5–8+ years in FP&A, finance operations, or data analysis.
• Experience with data design, reports, and dashboards using BI and data visualization tools.
• Experience with cloud-based EPM software and enterprise planning tools.
• Strong analytical, modeling, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead budget, forecast, and management reporting for the agency and leadership.
• Establish protocols for FP&A reporting tools and improve efficiency and consistency across the agency.
• Develop and maintain financial models, agency analyses, and deep dives.
• Collaborate with Finance Systems to test, write reports, and improve processes.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly reports and board presentations in coordination with leadership.
• Coordinate with finance teams to consolidate insights for reviews.
