Job summary

CRS is seeking a Manager I, FP&A Reporting in the United States to lead budget, forecast, and management reporting development for the Agency. You will partner with the FP&A team, Finance Systems, and EPM groups to design reports, improve processes, and deliver end-user insights.

You will support financial modeling, scenario planning, and agency-wide analyses, with a strong focus on creating consistent reporting standards and ensuring executive-ready materials.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and delivery of FP&A reporting packages to finance and executive leadership.
• Establish protocols for FP&A reporting tools and reports for efficiency and consistency.
• Support FP&A Director in financial modeling and scenario planning.
• Assist EPM/ERP teams with testing and report design.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly management reporting and Board presentations.
• Collaborate with Finance to consolidate insights for leadership reviews.
• Understand agency metadata and reporting platforms (ePBCS, ERP, EPM).
• Lead FP&A report design and tool enhancements with Finance Systems.
• Maintain training and guidance materials for FP&A reporting tools.
