Job summary

CRS is seeking a Sr. Manager, FP&A Global Process to lead agency-wide planning processes, driving design, delivery, and continuous improvement of budget and forecast practices. You will partner with senior finance leaders on scenario planning, target setting, and resource allocation.

You will oversee workforce planning, reporting governance, and system enhancements, collaborating with HR and finance teams to deliver insights and strategic analyses for executive leadership.

Qualifications

• Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
• Experience with accounting systems and business processes.
• Excel expertise and MS Office proficiency required.
• Experience with reporting software and data visualization.

Responsibilities

• Own global FP&A budget and forecast calendar, guidance, templates and communications.
• Lead budget/forecast process optimization and coordination.
• Coordinate reporting cycles and present budget/forecast packages to leadership.
• Analyze and consolidate insights into results and forecasts for executive review.
• Support scenario planning, target setting and resource allocation.
• Oversight of workforce planning, Merits and Fringe budget development and headcount reporting.
• Oversee FP&A systems governance, testing and rollout of modules.
