Job summary

Beratung in Warsaw seeks a Business Performance Manager to lead RTN’s financial framework, overseeing monthly and annual accounting, budgeting, and forecasting. You will manage a team of financial coordinators and partner with global finance to roll out data-driven insights across geographies.

Role requires a university degree in finance/economics/business and extensive FP&A experience, with a focus on performance management, pricing analytics and KPI dashboards.

Qualifications

• University degree in finance, economy, business administration or other related field.
• Experience in budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Experience with finance departments managing business performance / FP&A activities.

Responsibilities

• Own RTN’s business performance framework.
• Manage monthly and annual financial accounting including cost and revenue recognition.
• Manage annual financial planning and forecasting including the budgeting process.
• Lead a team of financial coordinators and act as escalation point for financial process matters.
• Develop analytical capabilities for RTN, including KPI dashboards and pricing engine concepts.
