The Business Performance Manager will lead the RTN framework, collaborate with Finance and regional operations, and drive data-driven decisions across geographies.

Based in Warsaw with global coordination, the role emphasizes forecasting, budgeting, and strategic transformation.

Qualifications

• University degree in finance, economy, or related field.
• Experience in annual budgeting and financial forecasting.
• Extensive FP&A experience incl. revenue recognition and accounting.
• Ability to develop complex financial models and analyze data.
• Experience managing a team and collaborating with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own RTN’s business performance framework.
• Manage monthly and annual financial accounting including cost and revenue recognition.
• Lead annual budgeting, planning, and forecasting.
• Manage a team of financial coordinators and escalation point for financial processes.
• Develop analytical capabilities and dashboards for RTN leadership with data-driven insights.
