Job summary

Beratung is seeking a financially savvy Business Performance Manager to lead RTN’s performance framework within the global Business Development and Technology team. Based in the Bain GBS Center in Warsaw, you will collaborate with leadership and regional operations to drive transformation.

You will oversee monthly and annual financial planning, coordinate with internal finance and external teams, and develop dashboards and pricing analytics to enable data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• University degree in finance, economy, business administration or related field.
• Experience in budgeting process and forecasting.
• Extensive FP&A experience (AP/AR, revenue recognition).
• Ability to develop and manage complex financial models and analyze data for trends.
• Experience managing a team and coordinating with senior stakeholders across geographies.

Responsibilities

• Own RTN’s business performance framework.
• Manage monthly and annual financial accounting including cost and revenue recognition.
• Manage annual financial planning and forecasting including the budgeting process.
• Lead a team of financial coordinators and serve as escalation point for financial processes.
• Develop best-in-class analytical capabilities (pricing engines, KPI dashboards) for RTN Leadership.
