Job summary

Beratung seeks a financially savvy Business Performance Manager to lead RTN’s performance framework and coordinate global budgeting and forecasting efforts. You will manage a team of financial coordinators and partner with Finance and regional operations to drive data-driven decisions.

Based in the Bain GBS Center in Warsaw, you will collaborate with leadership, finance partners, and internal Beratung functions to scale RTN globally during a strategic transformation.

Qualifications

• University degree in finance, economy, business administration or related field.
• Experience in budgeting processes and developing financial forecasts.
• Extensive experience in finance departments managing business performance / FP&A activities.

Responsibilities

• Own RTN’s business performance framework.
• Manage monthly and annual financial accounting including cost and revenue recognition.
• Manage annual financial planning and forecasting including the budgeting process.
• Lead a team of financial coordinators and act as escalation point for financial process matters.
• Develop analytical capabilities for RTN with data-backed insights (pricing engine, dashboards).
