Job summary

Beratung in Warsaw and globally connected, the role supports global recruiting operations with a finance-driven performance framework. You will collaborate with the Global RTN leadership and regional teams to ensure budgeting and reporting excellence.

As a Business Performance Manager you will drive monthly accounting, annual planning, and forecasting, while guiding a team of financial coordinators and building data-backed dashboards for strategic decisions across offices.

Qualifications

• University degree in finance, economy, business administration or related field.
• Experience in budgeting processes and developing financial forecasts.
• Experience managing FP&A activities (accounts payable/receivable, revenue recognition, etc.).
• Ability to develop and manage complex financial models and forecast performance.
• Experience leading a team and coordinating with senior stakeholders across geographies.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Own RTN’s business performance framework.
• Manage monthly and annual financial accounting including cost and revenue recognition.
• Manage annual financial planning and forecasting including budgeting.
• Lead a team of financial coordinators and act as escalation point for financial processes.
• Develop analytical capabilities and KPI dashboards for data-driven decisions.
