Job summary

Beratung, a premier international management consultancy, seeks a Business Performance Manager to drive the RTN Business Performance framework from the Warsaw-based GBS Hub, working with global leadership and finance teams. The role emphasizes data-driven decision support, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling to enable strategic transformation.

You will manage a team of financial coordinators and collaborate with regional operations and leadership to roll out standardized finance

Qualifications

• University degree in finance, economics, business administration or related field.
• Experience managing annual budgeting and financial forecasting.
• Extensive FP&A experience (accounts payable/receivable, revenue recognition, etc.).
• Ability to develop and manage complex financial models and analyze data.
• Experience leading a team and coordinating with senior stakeholders across geographies.

Responsibilities

• Own RTN’s business performance framework.
• Manage monthly and annual financial accounting including cost and revenue recognition.
• Lead annual budgeting process and forecasting.
• Manage a team of financial coordinators and escalate financial process matters.
• Develop analytics for RTN leadership and regional operations (pricing engine, KPI dashboards).
