Job summary

Resolution Medical is seeking a Manager, FP&A to lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis for Agile and Production units in MN and The Netherlands. The role partners with the site Finance Director and Corporate FP&A to deliver actionable insights for senior leadership.

The position emphasizes hands-on financial planning, KPI development, and collaboration across functional teams to scale financial infrastructure for US and international growth.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in finance, accounting, economics or similar.
• 7+ years of progressive finance or accounting experience.
• Experience with variance analysis and period-to-period analysis.
• Strong communication and Excel skills.
• Ability to work with complex data from multiple sources.
• Demonstrated autonomy and initiative.

Responsibilities

• Prepare financial plans, analyze results vs. plans, and forecast trends.
• Partner with leadership to drive initiatives and strategic projects.
• Collaborate with Rev Ops to define revenue forecasts at program level.
• Forecast headcount with site leaders; manage personnel expense.
• Coordinate Dutch entity budgeting and integrate into consolidated view.
• Provide data-driven insights to support decision making.
• Present financial data to stakeholders and drive deeper analysis.
• Lead detailed budgets and cash flow for business units.
• Support month-end reporting and long-range planning.
• Develop capital spend analyses and ROI assessments.
