Job summary

Victaulic is seeking a Manager, Global FP&A to drive planning, reporting, and analytics across its global operations from Easton, PA. This on-site role partners with regional FP&A teams and IT to standardize reporting and strengthen decision support.

You will build and maintain financial models, consolidate plans, and present insights to leadership while leading a growing FP&A team and mentoring analysts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics.
• 7+ years FP&A or related experience, global/multi-regional exposure.
• Strong Excel/PowerPoint and data visualization skills.
• Experience with ERP and planning tools; ability to present insights clearly.

Responsibilities

• Support consolidation of the operating plan, quarterly forecasts, and long-range plan with regional FP&A teams.
• Build financial models for business scenarios and strategic initiatives.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly financial commentary, variance analysis, and leadership reports.
• Translate financial results into clear, executive-ready narratives.
