Job summary

Victaulic, headquartered in Easton, Pennsylvania, seeks a Senior Tax Analyst to join its Global Tax team at the corporate site. You will lead or support tax planning, compliance, and financial reporting with meticulous review of work product quality, while advising leadership on strategy and staying ahead of legislative developments.

The role covers global tax matters, liaison with affiliates, and integration support for new entities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in accounting/finance or related field.
• 4+ years corporate tax accounting experience.
• Experience with US federal, state, and foreign tax matters.
• Experience reviewing staff work products and ensuring accuracy.
• CPA license and/or Master’s in Tax are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support tax planning and compliance tasks with high-quality deliverables.
• Research and model complex tax issues; advise on strategy.
• Prepare tax provisions, returns, and related financial reporting.
• Coordinate with affiliates and manage policy implementations.
• Support integration of newly acquired entities and ongoing compliance.
