Ontic in Creedmoor, NC is seeking a Global FP&A Manager to join our central FP&A function onsite. You will partner with BU Finance Directors, General Managers, Sales and Operations to drive financial and operating performance.

Responsibilities include building and refining financial models, preparing monthly packs, analyzing sales, gross margin, EBITDA, cash flow, ROIC, and presenting narratives to senior leadership; interface with site finance teams globally; support automation and AI

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 5+ years of analyst experience in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Excellent presentation skills with ability to distill complex data simply and concisely.

Responsibilities

• Partner with BU Finance Directors, BU General Managers, Sales, Business Development and Operations to drive financial and operating performance.
• Provide analysis and constructive insights to senior management, including site GMs, CFO, CEO and COO.
• Own and manage day-to-day FP&A activity in Ontic’s central FP&A function with budgets, forecasts and weekly flash processes.
• Prepare monthly reporting packs from consolidated financial data and perform KPI analyses.
• Interface with Site Finance teams for consolidation, analysis and narrative of global results; drive automation and AI initiatives.
