Job summary

AMBRION, based in the Twin Cities, seeks a Global FP&A Manager to lead performance analysis across revenue, EBITDA and cash flow. You will build and present executive reports, own budgets, forecasts, and rolling updates, and develop advanced financial models for strategic decisions.

The role partners with executives and department heads to enforce spending discipline and drive cost optimization while standardizing metrics across international units.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance or related field.
• 8+ years of FP&A experience at a global manufacturing business.
• Strong analytical and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead global financial performance analysis across revenue, EBITDA, and cash flow.
• Deliver executive financial reporting packages highlighting risks and opportunities.
• Drive annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and monthly rolling updates.
• Construct complex financial models for strategic scenario planning and analysis.
• Upgrade reporting tools and dashboards to automate global financial analytics.
• Standardize core performance metrics across international operating units for scale.
• Evaluate long-term contract performance, gross margins, and customer profitability trends.
• Monitor operational metrics including labor efficiency, material costs, and productivity.
• Partner with department heads to enforce spending discipline and cost optimization.
• Build comprehensive financial business cases for pricing and strategic initiatives.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Salary Range: $140,000–$160,000
• This role is also eligible for various benefits, including: Medical Insurance

Actual base salary will be determined based on an individual's experience, skills, education, certifications, credentials, special skills, accomplishments, and other factors relevant to the position.

This role is based in the Twin Cities. Applicants must currently reside in Minnesota or are planning to relocate to Minnesota in the near future.
