Job summary

CFS is seeking an experienced FP&A Manager to partner with executive leadership and drive financial strategy across the business in a growing manufacturing environment.

This role reports to the CFO and offers hybrid work with two days remote weekly, a path for long-term growth, and opportunities to shape the finance function through systems, processes, and talent investments.

Salary is competitive, with a range of $140,000–$150,000, reflecting the seniority and impact of this position.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of progressive finance, FP&A, or corporate finance experience, including leadership responsibilities.
  • Manufacturing experience strongly preferred.
  • Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills with experience supporting business leaders.

Responsibilities

  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and financial modeling activities across the organization.
  • Analyze financial and operational performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations to executive leadership.
  • Develop and maintain KPIs, dashboards, and management reporting to support strategic decision-making.
  • Partner with operations, sales, and supply chain leaders to evaluate business performance, profitability, and growth opportunities.
  • Drive process improvements, enhance reporting capabilities, and support special projects related to business growth and operational efficiency.
