CFS is seeking an FP&A Manager in the United States to lead reporting, forecasting, and cost planning with manufacturing exposure. You will partner with business units, analyze P&L, and drive process improvements across the finance function.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting required.
• 6+ years of progressive FP&A or finance experience.
• Manufacturing experience preferred.
• Strong experience with SG&A analysis.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver management reporting, forecasting, and corporate expense planning.
• Manage corporate allocation processes and provide financial support across functions.
• Partner with business units and leadership to provide insights on performance, strategy, and planning.
• Analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual P&L results, including variance and risk/opportunity analysis.
• Assist with preparation and presentation of financial materials to executive leadership.
• Ensure alignment between operational strategies and financial forecasts.
• Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance reporting, analytics, and decision-making.
• Support close processes through variance analysis and consolidated reporting.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives, including inventory and production analysis projects.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.
• Provide ad hoc analysis and reporting as needed.
