Job summary

Catapult, based in Boston, seeks a Director of Financial Planning and Analysis to lead the global FP&A team. You will drive budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and financial business partnering to enable data-driven decisions across a fast-scaling SaaS business.

The role requires extensive experience in financial analysis, stakeholder management, and continuous process improvement, with a focus on end-to-end systems and tools that underlie FP&A and data functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics.
• 8+ years in FP&A with at least 4 in leadership.
• Experience leading annual budgeting and multi-year planning.
• Proficient in Excel and Adaptive planning tools.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP/IFRS and financial reporting.
• M&A integration or due diligence experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage annual operating plan and multi-year strategic planning.
• Own analysis of financial performance metrics for executive decisions.
• Oversee internal financial reports for exec and Board.
• Develop KPIs to monitor financial health and efficiency.
• Support M&A activities with valuation modeling and due diligence.
• Mentor a 3-person FP&A team and partner with cross-functional stakeholders.
