Job summary

Clearspeed is seeking a Director of Financial Planning & Analysis to establish and lead a first-principles FP&A function. You will own budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning with a multi-entity, multi-currency scope across the US, Canada, and EMEA.

This leadership role partners with the CFO to drive strategic insights and scalable financial systems. You will build processes, tools, and dashboards that translate financial data into clear narratives for executives, board-level reviews,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CPA a plus.
• 10+ years of progressive finance experience, with at least 5 years in FP&A leadership roles at global technology companies.
• Demonstrated track record of building FP&A functions and scaling financial processes in high-growth tech environments.
• Deep experience with multi-entity structures, global consolidations, and multi-currency reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own the annual budgeting process end-to-end with department-level budgets.
• Establish a quarterly forecasting cadence for rolling view of performance and resource needs.
• Develop long-range financial models aligning strategy to multi-year plans.
• Build consolidated financial models across US, Canada, and EMEA.
