The role leads a small FP&A team, drives budgeting and multi-year planning, and collaborates with Commercial, G&A, and R&D to scale finance capabilities across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 8+ years FP&A experience with leadership exposure.
• Experience leading budgeting and multi-year planning cycles.
• Advanced financial modeling and data analysis skills.
• Strong GAAP/IFRS knowledge and financial reporting.
• Experience with M&A-related activities or integrations.

Responsibilities

• Own annual operating plan, long-range planning, and monthly forecasting.
• Lead financial performance analysis and translate results into insights for leadership.
• Prepare financial reporting for executive team and Board of Directors.
• Develop and monitor KPIs and financial/operational metrics.
• Partner with Commercial, G&A, R&D and other leaders to drive informed decisions.
• Support M&A activities, valuation modeling, and due diligence.
• Drive FP&A systems, processes, data, and analytics improvements.
• Lead and develop Boston-based FP&A team (1 Analyst, 2 Senior Analysts).
• Establish FP&A brand and position Finance as a strategic partner across the organization.
