TransImpact is seeking a Financial Planning & Analysis Director to shape budgeting, reporting, forecasting, and profitability analyses. You will lead the finance team, drive KPI tracking, and partner with executives to deliver timely insights that steer strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting required.
• CPA certification preferred.
• 10+ years FP&A, corporate finance or strategy experience in a fast-paced financial services or professional services firm.
• Successful track record of using financial analysis to generate, evaluate, and act on strategic options and opportunities.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, performance analytics, and management reporting expertise.
• Ability to build an exceptional FP&A function for a complex, growing organization.
• Excellent IT/system knowledge and the ability to implement new financial systems.
• High attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Collaborative, capable of influencing stakeholders across the business.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own, manage, and provide strategic direction for financial reporting processes.
• Track and interpret company KPIs including sales performance.
• Own Finance Power BI reports ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Guide discussions with leaders to interpret performance and drive results.
• Lead the monthly reporting workbook and board slides.
• Lead budgeting and strategic planning with the Exec Director of Finance and other leaders.
• Oversee monthly P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow forecasting.
• Develop and mentor the FP&A team to grow and progress.
• Oversee commissions calculation and payment processes.
• Manage special projects and provide data-driven recommendations to senior management.
• Support the company’s vision and mission through finance initiatives.
