Systech, a Dover Imaging & Identification (DII) segment, seeks a strategy-driven FP&A Director for Software & Solutions at hybrid Princeton, NJ. You will own forecasting, budgeting, long-range planning, and performance management, partnering with Product, Commercial, Ops, and ERP teams to steer profitable growth.

You will translate strategy into financial plans, build dashboards, influence leadership with data-driven insights, and lead a small global FP&A team across US and Europe.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
• 12+ years of progressive finance leadership experience including FP&A and performance management.
• Experience with forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning in global settings.
• Experience with software/tech or manufacturing sectors preferred.
• Experience with NetSuite and OneStream is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead company-wide forecasting, budgeting, and performance management processes.
• Deliver analysis on revenue, margins, expenses, cash flow, and working capital.
• Develop KPI framework and conduct variance analyses to drive decisions.
• Partner with Commercial, Product, Operations and Engineering to enable growth.
• Represent FP&A in cross-functional leadership reviews and Board materials.
