Job summary

Dover Imaging & Identification (DII) seeks a strategic Director of FP&A to lead forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning across global entities. You will partner with Commercial, Product, Operations, and ERP teams to drive profitable growth and strong financial visibility.

The role requires 12+ years in finance leadership, experience with NetSuite and OneStream, and a track record of cross-functional leadership across US and Europe.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA/CPA/CMA preferred.
• 12+ years of progressive finance leadership experience in global organizations.
• Experience with forecasting, budgeting (AOP), strategic planning, and performance management; software/SaaS/tech exposure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead company-wide forecasting, budgeting, and performance management processes.
• Deliver analysis of revenue, bookings, gross margin, operating expenses, EBITDA, cash flow, and working capital.
• Develop KPIs, perform variance analysis, and drive actionable insights for executive leadership.
• Partner with Commercial, Product, Operations, and ERP teams to enable profitable growth and efficient resource allocation.
• Support governance, close activities, and alignment with corporate policies.
