Job summary

Dover Imaging & Identification (DII), a segment of Dover Corporation, seeks a strategic FP&A Director to lead forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning across global entities. You will partner with product, commercial, operations, and ERP teams to drive profitability and scale planning capabilities.

The role emphasizes cross-functional leadership, data-driven insights, and transformation of FP&A processes to support growth and value creation. Hybrid work in Princeton, NJ is offered.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive FP&A leadership experience in a global organization.
• Experience leading forecasting, AOP, strategic planning, and performance management processes.
• Experience with software/SaaS, industrial tech, or manufacturing businesses.
• Experience with buy-side M&A, due diligence, financial modeling, and valuation.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of the company’s FP&A framework including monthly forecasts, AOP, and long-range plans.
• Provide timely analysis of revenue, gross margin, expenses, EBITDA, cash flow, and working capital.
• Partner with commercial, product, operations, and engineering to support growth and resource allocation.
• Deliver executive and board-level analyses, reviews, and performance updates.
• Coordinate cross-functional reviews to identify risks, opportunities, and resource needs.
• Lead and mentor FP&A team across multiple entities and geographies.
