Dover Corporation’s Systech division seeks a Global FP&A Director to lead planning, forecasting, and performance management for software and solutions. The role partners across Commercial, Product, and Operations to drive profitable growth and resource allocation.

The position is hybrid, based in Princeton, New Jersey, USA, with Global responsibilities across US and Europe and a focus on scalable FP&A processes and governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 12+ years in progressive finance leadership roles.
• Experience forecasting, AOP, strategic planning, and performance management.
• Experience with software, SaaS, industrial tech, manufacturing, or tech-enabled businesses preferred.
• Experience with NetSuite and OneStream preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead company-wide forecasting, budgeting, and performance management processes.
• Deliver timely analyses of revenue, bookings, gross margin, and operating expenses.
• Partner with Commercial, Product, Operations, and ERP teams to ensure alignment.
• Drive FP&A process improvements, KPI development, and data integrity.
• Manage a high-performing FP&A team across geographies.
