IFS Softeon is seeking a strategic, hands-on Director of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) to lead our global financial planning function and serve as a key advisor to senior leadership. This role drives budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning and business performance insights to support the company's growth strategy.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or related field.
Senior FP&A or strategic finance experience in SaaS or tech.
Proven leadership in FP&A with cross-functional influence.

Responsibilities

Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning across the group.
Build and maintain financial models for performance evaluation and scenario planning.
Provide insights on revenue growth, profitability, cash flow and key metrics.
Partner with leaders to align financial plans with operations.
