Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 12+ years of progressive FP&A, financial controllership, or commercial finance experience.
• Experience leading teams and driving standardization across processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Global FP&A COE within Commercial Controllership and coach four staff.
• Standardize planning practices, templates, and reporting methodologies.
• Drive automation and AI initiatives using Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint and related tools.
• Oversee net sales, SG&A, and related planning deliverables with global consistency.
• Build and develop the FP&A team and partner with senior stakeholders.
