As Coordinator – Global Recruiting Operations, you will help drive the RTN Business Performance framework across regions, aligning finance, talent and operations to enable strategic transformation.

Based in the GBS Center in Warsaw, you will collaborate with RTN leadership and regional teams to ensure accurate budgeting, forecasting and reporting while building scalable

Qualifications

• University degree in finance, economy, business administration or related field.
• Experience in budgeting and forecasting.
• Extensive FP&A experience and understanding of revenue recognition.

Responsibilities

• Own RTN’s business performance framework.
• Manage monthly and annual financial accounting including cost and revenue recognition.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and the annual budgeting process.
• Manage a team of financial coordinators and act as escalation point for all financial process matters.
• Develop analytical capabilities with KPI dashboards and data-backed insights.
