Based in the Warsaw Global Business Services Center, you will help drive RTN’s Business Performance framework and collaborate with global leadership to rollout budgeting and forecasting across offices.

Competenze

• University degree in finance, economics, business administration or related field.
• Experience in budgeting and forecasting.
• Extensive FP&A experience including accounts payable/receivable and revenue recognition.
• Ability to develop and manage complex financial models and analyze data to identify trends.
• Experience managing a team and coordinating with senior stakeholders across geographies.
• Strong organization, prioritization and time management.

Mansioni

• Own RTN’s business performance framework.
• Manage monthly and annual financial accounting including cost and revenue recognition.
• Manage annual financial planning and forecasting including budgeting.
• Lead a team of financial coordinators and escalate financial process matters.
• Develop analytical capabilities for RTN with data-driven insights (pricing engine, KPI dashboards, etc.).
