Job summary

Beratung in Warsaw seeks a Coordinator – Global Recruiting Operations to drive the financial and operational governance of RTN's talent initiatives. You will own the business performance framework, oversee monthly and annual accounting, budgeting and forecasts, and lead a team of financial coordinators across regions.

You will partner with finance and talent teams to deliver data-backed decisions and scalable dashboards, enabling strategic transformation and performance improvements.

Qualifications

• University degree in finance, economy, business administration or other related field.
• Experience in managing the annual budgeting process and developing financial forecasts.
• Extensive experience within finance departments managing business performance / FP&A related activities.
• Ability to develop and manage complex financial models, forecast performance and analyse data.
• Experience managing a team and coordinating with senior stakeholders across geographies.
• Strong organizational, prioritization and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Own RTN’s business performance framework.
• Manage monthly and annual financial accounting including cost and revenue recognition.
• Oversee annual financial planning and forecasting including budgeting.
• Lead a team of financial coordinators and coordinate with senior stakeholders.
• Develop analytical capabilities for RTN with KPI dashboards and pricing insights.
