Job summary

Ultimate Staffing Services is seeking an organized, self-directed individual for AES filing support in a contract-to-hire role located in the United States. The position involves preparing AES filings, reviewing shipment docs for compliance with U.S.

export regulations, and communicating with internal teams, carriers, and government agencies. Typical hours are Monday–Friday, 9am–6pm, with weekend rotations and occasional night-shift coverage.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.
• Preferred: minimum 2 years of related experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Understand international shipping processes from order to cargo delivery.
• Assist personnel and third parties with inquiries and problem resolution.
• Generate, file, and maintain accurate customer records and shipment docs.
• Provide tracking and tracing services for customer shipments.
• Support delivery turnovers and backups as needed.
• Perform load audits and ensure data integrity.
• Produce reports and support global forwarding personnel.
• Ensure compliance with customer SOPs and government regulations.
• Escalate compliance concerns and suggest corrective actions.
