Job summary

Seal Dynamics, a HEICO company, seeks a Foreign Military Sales Program Manager to coordinate international military opportunities from inquiry through contract completion. You will manage foreign customer accounts, quotations, and contracts, while leading cross-functional teams to respond to RFQs/RFPs and ensure export compliance.

The role requires strong program management, inside sales, and communication skills, with heavy collaboration across regions and internal departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Experience in defense/aerospace sales and international sales is preferred.
• Knowledge of ITAR/EAR export controls is desirable.
• Experience with RFQ/RFP processes and coordinating large contracts.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate international military sales opportunities from inquiry to contract completion.
• Manage foreign military customer accounts, inquiries, quotations, orders and contracts.
• Lead cross-functional coordination for large RFQs/RFPs and complex opportunities.
• Monitor government bid boards and customer portals for new opportunities.
• Ensure export compliance screening and proper order disposition in collaboration with internal teams.
