Job summary

Seal Dynamics LLC, a HEICO Company, seeks a Foreign Military Sales Program Manager in Hauppauge, NY to coordinate international military opportunities, quotes, orders, and contracts from inquiry through completion.

The role combines program management, inside sales, customer service, and commercial skills to manage RFQ/RFP activities, maintain market intelligence, and support exports in compliance with policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, International Business, Program Management, Supply Chain, or related discipline.
• Experience in defense/aerospace sales, inside sales, international sales, program management, contracts, or customer account management preferred.
• Familiarity with military or government RFQ/RFP and procurement processes preferred.
• Knowledge of U.S. export compliance requirements, including ITAR and EAR, is highly desirable.
• Experience collaborating with international customers, sales representatives, agents, distributors, or government organizations is preferred.
• Experience with ERP/CRM systems; Syteline ERP experience is a plus.
• Strong project management, organizational, analytical, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned foreign military customer accounts, inquiries, quotations, orders, programs, and contracts from opportunity identification through completion.
• Coordinate regional sales activities in alignment with country and market strategies, supporting direct customer engagement when appropriate.
• Assist Regional Sales Managers, agents, representatives, and Product Managers in identifying, qualifying, and routing new RFQ/RFP opportunities.
• Manage the quotation process for assigned customers, including pricing, lead times, product requirements, and proposal documentation.
• Lead cross-functional coordination for large or complex RFPs, RFQs, and contract opportunities to ensure timely responses.
• Monitor government bid boards, procurement websites, and customer portals for military solicitations and new opportunities.
• Serve as primary contact for assigned international military customers, sales reps, and agents.
• Coordinate recurring agent calls, track opportunities, and maintain visibility of regional activity.
• Review orders and documentation for contractual and export compliance; escalate issues as needed.
• Coordinate new international customer account setup, including profiles, billing, shipping, and export screening.
• Review customer orders for compliance and coordinate with internal teams for processing.
