Job summary

RH Aero Systems is seeking a Director, International Military Sales to lead and expand our licensed OEM product portfolio in global defense markets. You will drive strategic pursuits, engage senior stakeholders, and oversee complex international contracts with OEMs, governments, and partners.

You will travel internationally, manage cross-functional teams, ensure ITAR compliance, and shape global sales strategy across Europe, Asia, and the Americas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
• 12–15+ years of strategic sales or key account management experience in aerospace/defense.
• Proven ability to independently close complex international defense contracts.
• Solid knowledge of defense procurement, government contracting, export processes, and compliance.
• Experience across Americas, EMEIA, and Asia.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and close international military sales opportunities across assigned regions.
• Lead pursuit strategies for large, complex defense programs, including Direct Commercial Sales and export opportunities.
• Coordinate proposals, pricing strategies, and contract negotiations from pursuit through award.
• Build strategic relationships with OEMs, government and military stakeholders, and internal teams.
• Travel internationally up to 10–12 times per year to strengthen relationships and opportunities.
